What Feasts at Night by T. Kingfisher
3.0
3.5 stars - T. Kingfisher has consistently been one of my favorite fantasy/horror authors lately, so I was excited for this sequel to the atmospheric, shiver-inducing 'What Moves the Dead' (which should be read before this novella). Unfortunately, while there were strong elements (the depiction of Easton's PTSD, sturdy and good-hearted Bors, the moroi), I wasn't as enthralled or as satisfyingly creeped-out. It was a good story and a good ending, but probably not one I'd reach for again.
