this book picks up right after the events of Book 1 so I really recommend doing a reread of Book 1 if it has been awhile. I had to kind of remind myself what happened in Book 1 but I do think this does a nice job at hinting at previous events without a bunch of hand holding. the characters are great. I thought this was a duology but the ending kind of makes it feel like there will be more books??? 

I loved the romance. Red really grew on me :)
