gomango 's review for:
The Other Miss Bridgerton
by Julia Quinn
Listened to audiobook version narrated by Rosalyn Landor, who does an exceptional job.
This book took everything that made the first book great, and then turned the "ridiculous" know up to 11. I was cackling over the pure silliness and outlandishness of the story, while reading it as absolutely fast as I could. I loved the scenes which forced Edward to empathize for Poppy. The falling action back in Kent was *chef's kiss.* I may never be able to look at Oyster Bisque (a staple in my diet, really...) the same way again.
