This is like an Chinese novella. The twists and turns and drama. There is so much just fun chaos in this story. For this to be a murder story, it was very light hearted and fun. Just so many shenanigans. The characters are so fun and lovable. I do wish there were more translations for the non English parts in a footnote. Not sure if I want to continue reading the whole series but I did enjoy this.
