 This is such an important and heartbreaking story to read. It is so important that people understand and see the discrimination that individuals receive just because of their skin colour or background, and use this as a learning opportunity to better themselves and their knowledge. As a society we need to be accepting and respectful to everyone around. The writing in this books is phenomenal and really gets that message across.
