I’ve come to the conclusion this is just going to be an overall five star series. Even the novella knocked it out of the park for me.

I loved the little tidbits we got of Paige and Warden in Magdalen, it really made me feel like I understood their time together there so much more and I enjoyed seeing more of their life there together.

I also really loved seeing Paige heal from the fallout of The Song Rising in France, and I can’t wait to see her character progression in The Mask Falling. If it’s anything like this novella, then I’m positive it’ll be an excellent read and we’ll see Paige develop into an even more beloved character.

I just do wish Samantha Shannon would give her a little break. I beg!
