i will say that to me this was a slow read, but it's so worth it!!!!

harrow's relationship with grief and loneliness, the lyctors and their weird and complicated feelings over each other, just john fucking gaius as a whole, jesus i'm obsessed with this book!!! i don't think i'm even able to write a proper review without breaking down multiple times. honestly, i will have to reread this in the future, i feel like this is the type of book you truly get it on a second read.
