Simply stunning. I never in a million years would’ve thought I would enjoy a collection of short stories + a novella so much this completely blew me away. Evans’ writing is poignant, thought-provoking and beautiful and really sweeps you away within each story. The stories I found particularly impactful were “Boys Go to Jupiter”, “Alcatraz” and of course the novella that shares the same title as the book “The Office of Historical Corrections”. Pick this book up, you won’t regret it!
