I found pieces of my heart and my psyche tucked into these pages. I felt like I would come across road signs that were familiar and pointed me in the direction of healing. As someone who is untangling themselves through intense therapy, being with this book was a type of calm and knowing. I am glad to have read this and I wish everyone would.
