What an amazing conclusion to this trilogy. We have been through so much with Juliya and her companions on their epic quest to save Teren’vei from Frost Dirvent and the scrolls of power he has stolen.
They have a weapon now. A powerful one. One of the gods’ chosen paladins has birth lineage to control the scroll of water and he has been learning new tricks.
Cesca is not one for ‘everyone lives happily ever after’ as we’ve seen in his previous books and this book had me just as wound up. I felt all the feels. There is a reason to his madness, however, and in the end all I can say is wow. The authors’ world building and character building is spectacular; everything came together so fully. I will miss being on this journey with them but I was not disappointed. This is a must read!
