Mildly spoilery review regarding pacing: 

The first 60% I think is great horror, the next 20% is literally practically solid exposition dump, and the last 20% is mostly an action flick. It’s like it didn’t know what it wanted to be. That said, I enjoyed each part, it’s just not very coherent as a whole.
