The road trip is really cute. The romance is pretty fast-paced and leans more towards Insta-love, but I can expect nothing less from a plot that takes place over the course of a week. There is also a slight age gap of 10 years which wasn't a deal breaker for me. It was the third-act breakup that irritated me the most. Athena was way too dramatic for this simple case of mistaken identity that was her fault to begin with. Isaac explained everything to her, left her messages, and she still acted very juvenile. This was the one scene where I really felt that age gap between Athena and Isaac. I'm just over these silly conflicts in romance novels.
