Crocodile Tears by Ali K. Mulford
5.0
My favorite Lachlan.
I’d found Dove relatable from the beginning and her story was everything I hoped for. She had wit, humor, nerdiness, awkward affection with biting criticisms. The family dynamic was as strong, funny and over the top as ever and cracking the cover felt like coming home.
Wish there hadn’t been a third act breakup… really hate those, but Dove was the brave and dedicated person we always knew she would be. Deacon was there too, and I guess he was fine ;-) OK, so he was the hopeless romantic when she was too busy being the realistic neuro atypical and I loved them for it.
