Honestly...... I don't really see what all the hype is about. This story isn't really... much of a story? It's just 2 kids having a crush and then we just keep time skipping until they finally decide to go out with some weird abuse and sexual assault stuff kinda... thrown in?

It all felt incredibly rushed, a bit all over the place, there's not really a plot it's literally just 2 characters having a crush on each other awkwardly like teens do.

The art isn't even much to look at, it's very basic without much detail to it so that part didn't even grip me.

Yeah the romance is kinda cute, but because it was so rushed with constant time skips I didn't really get attached to them at all. There was one funny part though that did make me laugh - I think the only scene that got any reaction from me was when the sister pops up to just say "I don't think he's straight", simple joke but it did work on me at least.

Idk, tbh I think if you want cute MLM romance there's much better books out there. Aiden Thomas writes some fantastic MLM romance - trans man rep + Mexican mythology and culture reps too! I think if you enjoy this type of teen romance you'll like Aiden's books as well.
