I finished the priory of the Orange Tree - I was not as impressed with it as I expected to be. I have seen a lot of hype surrounding it online, and I was expecting to enjoy it more. I really loved that it creates a full on high fantasy setting that totally centers women, instead of women being almost non existent, or (often) at best secondary. I really thought her world building was stellar, and the different cultures and religions were so detailed and interesting. However I found the plot actions to be lacking. Especially towards the end of the book, I thought that things were resolved too easily, and quickly. What are your thoughts?
