I picked this book due to the fact that personally and professionally I, among others, are facing a great amount of change. As a team leader in education, I want to be able to help lead my fellow colleagues into the unknown in a positive way.
This book gives great talking points to use with a team. I will be sharing this with as many of my team members as possible.
