All or Nothing at All, Volume 3 by Jennifer Probst

3.0

This book did not live up to what I hoped, unfortunately. I loved the last Pierce Brothers book I read, and I loved parts of it, but there was one aspect I couldn’t get passed.

SYNOPSIS: Sydney has been in love with Tristan since she was a child. When they were older they had a brief passionate relationship that ended with them both hurting. Now, years later, they are working together and trying to fight out anger and passion towards one another.

I loved the timelines flashing back to early moments of Tris and Syd. I loved seeing Cal and Dalton, Raven and Morgan.

My Issue: MULTIPLE times throughout the novel Sydney says no to sex with Tristan. Mostly because she’s mad, or making a point, but he ‘chases’ her and holds her down until she gives in. As much as it tries to seem cute an romantic, it gave me really bad vibes and I have trouble moving past it.

Overall I still look forward to other books by this author, but that aspect of Tristan made this a let down for me, 2.5 ⭐️
