Brynlee is left pregnant at the alter right after her high school graduation.  Three years later she is best friends with her ex’s best friend.  Years of Macon being there for Brynlee and Harper has led to some major feelings but neither is quite ready to admit to yet.

I liked how much Macon was there for Brynlee and Harper.  I love when we know the MMC has crushed on the girl for a long time and then they are finally able to act on those feelings.  There were times I had to remind myself this story was set with college students since some the miscommunication and responses to some of the drama seemed off.  This story had some “right person wrong time” moments mixed in at the beginning and alluded to.  The story was predictable and the characters loveable so if you want a low angst, HEA this could be for you.  I always love single mom stories.
