I loved the first book, all of the angst and mistrust that Hades and Persephone both showed was expected and normal for a new relationship. I was so excited about this book, but it was just so boring and repetitive. I got about halfway through this book and there were already two or three conflicts that were just people telling Persephone or Hades not to do something, them doing it anyway, and then them getting mad/frustrated at the consequences of said action. Also, every conflict of this book could have been solved if Persephone and Hades had actual communication skills instead of just having sex to ignore/"resolve" their misunderstandings.
