I can't get over how amazing these books are. I have, in fact, already started a reread of Assassin's Apprentice.

This book marks the end of the Realm of the Elderlings, and the end of the story of Fitz and the Fool. There was one scene toward the end of the book that was so atmospherically perfect that it took my breath away. The ending was an absolutely perfect ending for this series.

I just... I'm speechless. I cannot express how profoundly these books have affected me. Probably more than any other book I've read in my life.
