Everything I Know About Love: A Memoir by Dolly Alderton
funny
lighthearted
reflective
fast-paced
4.5
What I love about this book is that the author lives on the other side of the world and is a generation older than me, yet her words and stories somehow feel so close to mine. Girlhood is truly such a universal experience, and this book added even more to my already-overflowing jar of love for my girl friends. No other relationship, no other team can compare!
"I hadn't ever thought that a man could love me in the same way my friends love me; that I could love a man with the same commitment and care with which I love them. Maybe all this time I had been in a great marriage without even realizing."
