Lord of the Flies by William Golding

3.0

read this for my ap lit class and i am so glad that i did it under these circumstances because i would probably have missed many of the symbols of the book without the conversations we had on class. my favorite parts were the descriptions and how they were shaped by the perspective of the characters — it’s in 3rd person but you can still see the influence of the boys on it and this is so clever.

sometimes it was a little hard to get into, but most of the time i had a good time reading it
