Truly staggering, masterful work. She weaves the opioid epidemic and rise of heroin together through expertly crafted research and places explicit blame at the feet of Purdue pharma and soulless doctors. My only complaint is trivial, in that she lingered perhaps too long on an ever growing list of addicts, dealers, and families torn apart by the spread of heartbreaking addiction. This is outstanding work.
