I really wanted to like this book as I usually enjoy reading stories about Fea and Elves but I found it uneventful, I got to about 100 pages in and I wasn't hooked, and i was giving it the benefit of the doubt hoping it would improve but it  was the same by the 200 and 300 page mark as well, i would say only the last 5 or so chapters so like 60 or so pages were actually exciting and had by hooked go the book.Yeeran annoyed my, with her loyalty to salawa like SHE EXILED YOU she knew that was worse than death for you and stull did it. And you still want to go back to her? And turn on the fae even if they held her captive. i think she was more captive back at the waning tribe than with the fae. Like what js she going to do now? As soon as she steps back into Elf Lands, she will be carried away at knifepoint if not killed on the spot, like how stupid can she be? Lettle was just digging herself a deeper hole when she herself acknowledged that prophecies can't be changed so why not tell Rayan anyway.
Ryan was an enjoyable character he only turned a bit "evil " at the end, but I can understand the rationale for that.
