so slow paced, like genuinely there are times that, albeit the writing is exquisite, I get a bit sleepy because of how slow it is, and then all of a sudden GGM says something crazy and we're so back. oddly enough, I've developed some weird sort of connection to some of the members of the Buendia family. and it's devastating. it's all so devastating, like these people can't catch a break and they're all so peculiar and weird and just holy shit bro.
