I'm surprised I finished this due to the poor writing. It felt like reading a Wattpad story. I picked up the book because the story sounded interesting and the book is absolutely beautiful. I thought the art inside the book is also stunning but I quickly realized it's AI. I continued reading just because I really didn't want to leave it on DNF and hoped it would get better. The writing didn't, the story didn't. Something was just missing for me, the plot parts felt rushed to me, like it had holes. Maybe that really just was due to the bad writing for me. I really only enjoyed the spice parts. I've seen some people saying it's similar to Haunting Adeline but I couldn't agree less. The topic of
