June 1937. Mrs Treadwell on receiving an invitation to visit Paris arrives with her granddaughter Kitty and her husband Captain Matthew Bryant. On a visit to a showing at the House of Dido, a body is discovered, stabbed with a pair of scissors. Inspector LeJeune investigates while the Bryants also ask questions.
An entertaining cozy historical mystery with its likeable main characters. Another good addition to this enjoyable series.
