Batgirl Vol. 5: Deadline (the New 52) by Gail Simone
3.0
This volume is very disjointed, like there were a bunch of storylines the writers wanted to do but they didn't have enough time to do them properly. There are a couple of things that would have made really interesting arcs, if they had the chance. As it is, nothing was really explained in any kind of satisfactory way. And the epilogue was really...weird and out of nowhere?
But all the cameos in the standoff with Knightfall were way cool, and for the most part I have enjoyed reading this series. I just don't think I'll read it again, or continue with it even though it's a separate set of writers and a totally different story now.
Also I don't know how I got the idea that Batgirl was bisexual, but she's not. Her trans roommate is though.
