I got bored with this book. I just skimmed most of the pages because half of this was probably the main characters having sex. Kidding... maybe.
The development of the conflict with the Devil's Brutes was so freaking slow because they just kept waiting and waiting instead of doing something proactive (and smart). It even took her days after her capture to trace where the enemy compound was. And traipsing around in the mall when they're in a war and could be killed and/or kidnapped? Ugh.
Also, I don't really believe guys would talk about their feelings this much. It has turned into a cheese-fest and just got annoying.
I am happy with Axel finally overcoming his issues though.
Anyway, this book was disappointing because people who were supposed to be badass went lame, and the people who were supposed to be smart went stupid.
