The drawing are beautiful, and the colours amazing. The story had the familiar air of a fairy tale or fable, but was fairly unique in its contents. The characters were strange and fascinating. The pace was fast. It seemed as though there was enough story in this one volume to be stretched across several volumes if the creators had been so inclined. I'm interested to see where the rest of the tale goes.
