This book was pretty dense and had a lot of jargon which is somewhat understandable given the subject matter. I still feel like it could’ve been made a little more accessible. I listened to the audiobook version which I feel like made it easier to get lost. There were several topics that I felt like were rushed through and I would’ve liked to hear more about and then other topics that went into more detail than was necessary. Overall I still learned a lot and would recommend this book. I think it should be a must read for anyone working in healthcare.
