I was in the camp of people who expected more of an emphasis on the "conspiracy culture and why people will believe anything" part of the title, not a book that felt centred around Flat Earth. While the author does cover other conspiracy theories and groups, they didn't receive nearly as much attention as I had expected. That being said, this was a highly informative book. For anyone who wants to learn about the history of the Flat Earth conspiracy, this is a great read.
