This was a fantastic book to listen to as an audiobook, especially if you had a physical copy that you could annotate alongside it, especially with the way that some poems were structured. I loved hearing the author herself reading her work, and of course the story itself had a super powerful punch that I don't always see in YA poetry. This really feels like a proper poetry book with clear purpose and intention and I'm absolutely here for it.
