Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy this as much as Crown of Feathers. It didn’t keep me as engaged and felt unnecessarily long. I found myself wanting to skip pages to get the story moving more which was unfortunate. It’s still a good series and I will be continuing to the last book but I was definitely let down this one. Our FMC is frustrating with her decision making although I do understand some of her thought process, it was still frustrating. I’m hoping Wing of Shadows is more like Crown of Feathers and a certain someone isn’t separated from the group for too long.
