If I Stay by Gayle Forman
5.0

Some people say that this book's sequel is even better. Well, I really think that they should give credit to the emotional attachment you feel with this book even though the timeline it sets is that of one single day, maybe even 24 hours exactly. I immediately fell in love with Mia and her relationship with Adam and Kim. It's impossible to feel deattached to such emotional trauma of losing her whole family and also having to choose if she'd rather live in a world without them and leave Adam and Kim, or if she'd rather just die and leave it all behind. This story is short and simple, and yet it's so complex and filled with emotional, poignant moments throughout. It was amazing, and I recommend it so much to people who enjoyed Looking For Alaska by John Green or The Fault In Our Stars.

Now, I'll read the sequel.
