Addison's husband just died and made her a very rich woman. She doesn't really care though. She didn't kill him, but she's glad he's dead. She never wanted his money, but it's a plus. All she really wanted was for him to pay for what he did.
Addison's husband was a hero, he saved a school from a shooting or so the story goes. Addison was blackmailing him with evidence that says otherwise. She forced him to divorce his wife and marry her.
The book was so fast-paced. It wasn't the best book I ever read and probably won't be really memorable, but I read it in one day. That's saying something. It was fun.
