This book was a fast read with a lot going on. The same hilarious writing and charming characters from the first two Aunties books were on full display.
But this book was a rushed hodge-podge of the other books, with heaps of over sentimentality thrown in. I’m fine suspending my disbelief for a wacky plot, but this left me nothing to hold onto. It reeked of a “rushed this third book out to complete my book deal” situation.
