Sometimes, I read a great book that I really enjoyed, and I jump on GR to give it an awesome rating, and then I see all these 2/2.5 star ratings and I sit there like, "WTF?"

For some people, this may not be their cup of tea. They might enjoy something else. For others, I really think you're taking the thing too seriously. There are some great books out there to take seriously, and this is not one of them. It's about a fanfic writer who unknowingly sends his novel-length fanfic to the author himself. The super hot author he has a major crush on, who then wants to make the book part of the series. Oh, and fuck. A lot. This is not a serious plot. This is fun and goofy and kinda meta and total fan service. Every fanfic writer's dream!

Of course, Kevin starts to think he made a huge mistake when the fans and success get overwhelming.

I thought this was a fun read and a great addition to Bluewater Bay.
