A Legacy Witch reminded me a bit of Harry Potter in college, but without the four houses. Odette goes to Spellcasters Spy Academy to become a spymaster in order to follow in her parents footsteps. Most of the other students took an entrance exam, where Odette decided to take the legacy route. Which makes some of the other students think that Odette is too full of herself to take the entrance exam. Which for half the semester causes her to have problems with her magic, the headmistress and her daughter. The audiobook was entertaining and kept my interest, looking forward to the other books, and interested on how the story will unfold, as it progresses.
