Brutally dark and hilarious but with enough vestiges of light in there to make it more than some ennui driven sufferfest. The authenticity of the author's voice is just too straightforward and undeniably full of such Truth. One of those you're happy to have read but won't revisit anytime soon and might hop into your fluff TBR for a book or three to pallette cleanse...
