Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam by Dian Purnomo

4.0

This book took me on a roller coaster of emotions. I went from depressed, scared, hopeful, hopeless, back to feeling depressed... I like how the chapters are very short so it really felt as if I was breezing through the book (and I was, I read it in 2 days). The language is simple, though the use of local vocabularies took a while to get used to. My only problem is the very fast pacing, but overall it's a wonderful book and I really hope it gets a translation someday! The voices of these women need to be heard.
