White Bones
by Graham Masterton
Solid thriller, esp a first in a series. Super gory, but those details were well matched by the details throughout, particularly to the area near Cork, the mythology, and the language. Seemed the dramatic happenings were over the top; some sub characters were introduced just to get killed off and the main character was both unfeeling and dense at different times. I'm hoping she improves, as I will definitely read a second book by Masterson.
