I love the world that exists in this book - looking forward to how it builds in the series! I found the characters interesting, charming and unique.
I feel like there was a level of detachment between some of the characters at times that didn’t work with how the relationships were portrayed in the book. More details and nuances would’ve been useful!
Overall - really nice read and I’m excited to come back to it after reading the rest of the series to see how my opinion changes.
SECOND READ
I stand by what I said on a first read about the detached relationships (particularly between Feyre and Tamlin). I appreciate the golden nuggets throughout that point to future books. Fun and comforting read in many ways. I am looking forward to rereading ACOMAF!
