Two Storm Wood by Philip Gray

5.0

I’m always pulled in by WWI and WWII subject matter, but what was particularly compelling and unusual about this book was the topic of body recovery after a war, something most people probably never think about. The grit, dirt, and gore of a war-torn France as WWI dwindles and finally ends is adeptly envisioned amidst a solid mystery/thriller.
