3.0

While remaining engrossing, this is proving to be an inconsistent series. Given how things ended in the last one, there was a lot of hope on this and yet the story goes on a diff tangent. X makes some weird choices which come to haunt him later and has serious consequences. Newer threats are involved even as older threats arent full taken care of. I am not sure if the side detour on this book worked as well

But as always, the pacing is fast and the action sequences brilliant and the same question keeps playing for me - how is this not a 10 episode Netflix series yet?
