I missed Jacks. He had too few appearances.
I loved the ending.
Tella felt more passionate than Evangeline. Even though Evangeline claims she's a romantic at heart, her pov felt like mostly intrigue and mystery. Not passionate enough. They're in constant search of something that doesn't involve emotions or people.
Jacks was also better portrayed in Caraval. He just feels like a side character in this series.
