Five Ways to Fall by K.A. Tucker
5.0

I feel like this series just gets better with each book. Definitely my favourite yet - though I had a feeling it would be, with it being Ben's book and all. I've always enjoyed his character.

You can't help but feel empathetic towards Reese and hope that she achieves that revenge that she seeks, but then just end up downright happy with her growth throughout the book. She's written so strong, quick witted - I absolutely adored from the beginning. I think she might just be a favourite.

Ben and Reese together, their chemistry is just something else. They "resist" each other for as long as they can.
"I don't think I'll ever get sick of hearing her sing. Or talk. Or laugh, or bust my balls, or tell me I'm a jackass. And I don't see how I could ever get sick of waking up next to her in the morning, or pulling all her clothes off her at night, because I haven't yet. It's the exact opposite, actually. I just want her more. She everything I never knew I wanted. She's everything I never knew I could have. She just ... fits with me. So perfectly."

Don't take this review the wrong way. This book isn't all hearts and flowers. There is deep sadness but it's results in growth, from all characters, that in the end is gratifying.

If you like romance and haven't read this series, put it at the top of your list!
