I'm so unsure on what to rate this, I've settled on 2.5 for now.
I loved the style and found Julia to be an excellent and sympathetic narrator but GOD her relationship with Sam dragged on and on and on and on. Everything was very graphic and at times it felt like that was the point, just so that it would fill more space. I'll definitely read more by Kate Davies but this was not for me.
