This was a wild, tasty thrill ride. The Upstate New York setting was atmospheric and refreshing, and all the discussions of food made me hungry and try out some new recipes. Some of the images in this book are truly disturbing but I was kind of impressed by that. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be passing on to others.
