The scale of this was beyond what I was interested in. There’s an arms dealer, Nazis, gang warfare. There’s a mentally ill person who’s mistreated. It wasn’t IQ solving hood crimes, which is what set this series apart, and the funny moments were almost nonexistent. It wasn’t terrible, and the characters are as likable as ever, but I’m not feeling compelled to read the next book.
